CNC Lathe Operator/ Set-up ($17-$18)
Looking for someone who can manage a job/machine from start to finish. They must be able to read the prints, set up the job and download the programs. They will be operating a Mori Seiki Lathe turning center. Must be knowledge of 'G' code and Fanuc. Must be able to measure and QC their own parts. They will be tested on the use of a dial caliper. NO TRAINING PROVIDED. 1st Shift, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Thursday, 6:00 to 10:00 am on Fridays.
CNC Bushing Machine Operator, ($12)
CNC operator of lathe (Bushing) machine. Must be able to read blue print and gages (veniers and micrometers and dial calipers). Must have knowledge of 'G' code, be able to pass a measuring test, MINIMUM 6 MONTHS EXP. OPERATING A FANUC CONTROLLED CNC LATHE. 1st Shift- 6am-3:30pm, Mon-Thurs, 6am-10am on Fridays - company is working overtime. This is a very dirty environment (what the machine does).
Supervisor, 2nd Shift, ($18-22), Experience in Blow Molding required
Maintenance Mechanic, 3rd shift, $16-18
This is a temp to perm, with benefits on hire. The maintenance technician will need to be available to train on 1st or 2nd shift, then move to 3rd shift. They should have 2-5 years working on industrial machinery, have a solid knowledge of working with hydraulics and pneumatics and electrical. They should be strong in troubleshooting and repair of packaging/cardboard equipment and have the ability to work on PLC's. They will need to have their own tools and safety boots, safety glasses and ear plugs.
Maintenance Mechanic, 2nd, $18-20
Must be proficient in work troubleshooting/repair of electrical systems. Will trouble shoot and repair PLC's (Allen Bradley and Siemens), must know about VFD (variable frequency drives), 480v, 3-phase troubleshooting and repair, contactors, photo eyes, switches, relays pneumatics actuators and hydraulics. Must be able to stick weld, read blueprints and schematics. Should come from a background in manufacturing where they have a tool room to fabricate broken parts. Should have experience operating a forklift and be able to lift to 100#'s. Will also be responsible for all preventative maintenance on equipment, including but not limited to forklifts and the building. Can bring in their own tools, but company will supply, including welding mask. As this is a fairly new company, they are looking for the person who has the desire to come in and set up maintenance programs. Person would be bumped up to $22 when hired perm.
General Labor, 2nd shift, $11.80
Positions: Machine Operator- Running punch or fin presses, General Labor/ Assembly: Test & Paint, Assembly & Brazing. Must have worked at one company for at least 2 years

Machine Operator, 1st Shift, $11
Machine Operator-Rubber Wheel Mfg. Will train the right person to operate, must have had previous exp. operating a machine, will be trained in set up. Stand over 8 hrs. a day. Long term- temp assignment for now.
Quality Control, 2nd Shift, $17
Should have knowlege of calipers, micrometers, guages, blueprints, CMM machine, first piece inspection, SPC and PPAP's and GD&T. They will be tested by company. Should have worked in ISO or TS certified company. Temp to perm. Company benefits offered after hire, including medical, vacation and 401K plan. Employee does not pay anything for medical insurance.
Horizontal Lathe Operators, $12-15
Additional coverage needed on the following shifts: 2nd shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 Am), B-Shift (6:00 AM –6:00 PM, F-Sa, & Su.), and 2nd shift-b-shift (6:00 PM-6:00 AM, F, Sa, & Su).
These individuals would not need set-up skills/experience. Experience would be preferential. All positions are temp-hire. Salary would be $12-$15, with some flexibility (in both directions).
Our “B-shift” employees work 36 hours, company throws in 4-free hours as an incentive/premium differential, to bring them to a full compensable 40 hours.
2nd shift premium is, presently, $0.35/hr.
Electronic Technician, $17, 1st/ 2nd Shift
Technicians perform various different tests on the flow meters and certify that the meters perform to customer specs. They are looking for someone who specifically has experience operating an Oscilloscope. This person will also do other testing and shadow their senior technicians to learn various other parts of the job. They are willing to look at someone just out of school or someone who has many years of exp. using an oscilloscope. Must have HS dip. or GED.
